These Terms of Use explain the rules for accessing and using Nature Photography & Photo Walks at https://1241.neurogena.net. This is a non-commercial, informational website about nature photography, responsible wildlife observation and educational outdoor field walks in the United Kingdom. Please read these terms before using the site. By accessing or continuing to use it, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Site operator and acceptance
Nature Photography & Photo Walks is operated for informational and educational purposes. References in these terms to “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of Nature Photography & Photo Walks; references to “you” and “your” mean anyone who visits or uses the site.
These terms apply to all pages, text, photographs, captions, guides and other material made available through https://1241.neurogena.net. They also apply when you contact us by the stated telephone or postal routes in connection with the site. They do not create a contract for a commercial service, and the site does not provide accounts, transactions, subscriptions, orders or paid activities.

Stay within access rights and any marked routes, follow relevant countryside guidance, leave gates and barriers as you find them unless a notice says otherwise, and take litter home. Be especially cautious around water, cliffs, unstable ground, roads, livestock, changing tides and poor visibility. Do not take risks in order to recreate a photograph or follow a suggested location.
Information about routes, meeting points, locations or schedules may change or cease to be suitable because of safety concerns, access conditions, weather, conservation requirements or wildlife welfare. A reference on the site is not a promise that a place will be accessible, appropriate or unchanged when you visit. Check current official information and conditions independently before travelling.
4. Prohibited conduct
